It's getting it's name from a little drunken accident i had during the week that has cleared up thank god

4.5 kg maris otter
600 grm Crystal
15 grm chocolate
E.K Goldings 35 grm 4% 60 mins
Willamet 35 grm 4% 60 mins
E.K Goldings 15 mins 15 grm
Willamet 15 mins 15 grm
1 Whilfloc tab 15 mins

Safale us o5 yeast just cause i never used anything other than s 04

As always any suggestions or observations are welcome

Actually DaaB i was gonna use 50 grm, to much?
I read about this yeast and i'm gonna give it time to clear. I have no problems with s04 i just wanna try something different, i can't spend all my brewing life using the same yeast although if this goes wrong that is probably just what will happen

I re did the hops i wasn't allowing for the late hops, would i have to use finnings? oh no i don't like the thoughts of putting that stuff in my beer

No drank a stupid amount of drink, stayed in a friends house and woke for a pee in the middle of the night. On the way back to the room i tripped and thought it would be a good idea to use my face to break my fall the important thing is the window sill is alright
