Mine's come to a halt at 1013 too, from an OG of 1045. I've raise the temp a bit and will give it a few more days in the fermenter to see what happens. Perfectly good as it is, though.

I took a reading today and it's at 1.013 too, from 1.047. If it's stays the same till Thursday I'll start cold crashing it and kegging/bottling this weekend.

Right, here are all the stats I have so far. I can't find the brew length for some of you - apologies if it's there and I missed it. If there's a question mark against your brew here, could you post how much (in litres) you actually brewed please? Ta! :)

Demig brewed with me (we split our beers) so nothing extra to add to this brew along, although we did finally get around too brewing the JBK ESB that day as well (21L).

Question: I'm new to Starsan -- is this sort of thing normal?

Grand. Thanks. Makes it a bit difficult to judge the level, though; I had to keep scooping a hole in the foam with a spoon. Apart from that, Starsan seems like the bee's knees.
