The Slovenian Landlord

Post by injac » Mon Mar 14, 2016 12:02 pm

Yesterday was a brewday using some of the Slovenian Hops recently offered by GetErBrewed.

Didn't pay much attention to my numbers but got just over 19l at 1.043. Currently bubbling away with S04.

Recipe very loosely based on a Landlord clone recipe.

Yeah...I've brewed a lot of pales and blondes recently and felt like I needed a nice bitter. Especially as stocks of Jim's ESB are running low ;-)

Sure looks tasty. Just curious why two Flaked Oats listed twice?

Cheers!

Originally was 3.2% Torre Wheat...I then discovered that I'd used the last of that on the previous brewday so subbed in more oats.
