Day off today so first brew in my new (to me) setup. HLT with 75l on at 0630. I'll update throughout the day!

Moss pilot brewery. Fly sparging, aiming for 70l in fv (102l Blichmann fermenator).
12kg MO
500g Amber Malt
400g Special B
500g Flaked Corn
100g Northdown 60 minutes
50g Challenger Flameout
50g Challenger 10 days
4.3% ABV
IBU 36.5
EBC 17.4

Cheers fellas! Strike temp reached at 1015. Mash on now, heating up sparge water.....

Counterflow chiller hooked up, blasted 80°c water through it. Time for a cup of tea!

Sparge started 1130. Mashtun held 66°c for over an hour. Happy with that!

A couple of corneys - rest in bottles. Slightly short in copper, just over 70l, but runnings gravity was 1009 so I stopped.
