You're looking at around 100 IBUs, and 6 - 7% ABV.
Batch Size (L): 23.0
Original Gravity (OG): 1.064
Final Gravity (FG): 1.014
Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 6.54 %
Bitterness (IBU): 102.1 (Average)
Brewhouse Efficiency (%): 80
6.000 kg Pale Malt (100%)
40.0 g Admiral Leaf (14% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
40.0 g Citra Leaf (14% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
40.0 g Summit Leaf (16% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
30.0 g Citra Leaf (14% Alpha) @ 0 Days (Dry Hop)
30.0 g Summit Leaf (16% Alpha) @ 0 Days (Dry Hop)

You're not messing around with that one, eh Steve? 'Phat', as I believe the youngsters would say, if it was still 1998.
There's a reason you're running out of hops: it's because you use insane amounts of them in each brew.

I wouldn't say 200g in 23 litres of IPA was insane. The IBUs are pretty mad but that's a lot to do with the 80g at 15 minutes I think.

I reckon I would like it. IBUs don't frighten me.

I read it as 60g each at the end. Which would be getting into brew dog territory.
I like a hefty bitter clout too. Problem is that a lot of people don't, and will see it as a flaw in the beer rather than intended of the style.
Not that that will bother you Steve, I'm sure.
Bitterness is a bit like spicyness. Your first mouthful you're like 'woah' then it becomes addictive

Jesus H Corbett..! That's as bitter as a lot of Sunderland fans will be at around 3.20 this afternoon... Hopefully. I haven't knowingly had summit, but I do like Citra. Hefty abv too... I'd smash a couple down my neck.

It's gone all HBF on here.
