I like rye and Columbus.

Could you share the flapjack recipe?!

Here you go mate. I just subbed half of the oats with spent grains. Make sure your grains are dry enough, even stick em in oven on a tray for ten mins beforehand. Otherwise mix will be too wet. V tasty.

Sample from the FV was v encouraging. Instant bitter hit, rich, deep, spicy tones, some liquorice, then long lingering bitterness, with a great dank hop profile and some juicy fruit. I'm sticking 2 bottles in our local Brewdog IPA competition later in the month.

Looks like a cracking batch. A rye ale is on my ever increasing to make list.

I've tried the spent grain baking. The flapjack makes a particularly good cycling snack. Brooklyn brewery's spent grain chef has quite a few decent recipes if you have more grain to use up http://brooklynbrewshop.com/themash/cat ... grainchef/
Grainfather conical standard bitter
Corny Keg 1 - Silver still spirits tonic water
Corny Keg 2 - Purple empty
Corny Keg 3 - Copper low % ale
