4500g Pilsner malt
1800g Amber malt
900g Munich malt
900g demerara 10 mins boil
454g DME and 454g sugar caramelised 10 mins boil
65g Styrian Goldings 4.4AA 60 mins
25g Saaz 2.19 AA 15 mins
WLP 530

Nearly filled up mash tun! Mash in 68c, mash out at 90 mins was still 68c

Well,l managed to burn the DME and sugar, so ended up just caramelising 454g sugar and a good squirt syrup from a bottle l didn't know we had. Ended up 1092.
