Good god man. That's one hell of a grain bill. 16. I don't think I've got 16 in stock. Not much roasted barley but might be reddish with the amber, rye and crystal.

I think it will be sort of similar to an India Red I did with MO, Munich, Amber, pale crystal, dark crystal, TW, oats and RB. Columbus hops. It was one of my best ever brews. I was intending doing the same brew more or less, but bunged a bag of mixed grains in that the supplier assumed was going in the same beer. And hey presto, it's gone in three brews! The other two came out great.

The OG was 1058 so I got about 82% efficiency.

That's easily the longest grain bill I've seen!

Clearly a one off brew! Looks like something off the DIY DOG download. A regular brew for me is a rich hoppy ale with several malts including Munich, two or three crystals, a dark roasted malt and lots of IBUs from West Coast hops. Based on Randy Moshers India Red. This is an extreme version of it. Maybe I should call it Mosher Mash.

I like the amber malt in it, and pick two or three crystals from pale, medium, dark, caramalt, crystal rye and Special B. So it's normally MO, Munich, 2/3crystals, TW and/or oats for body and foam, and a small amount of a highly roasted malt for colour. Plus amber sometimes. I may introduce Carapils and / or biscuit, in place of some or all of the Munich.

I was thinking exactly that ^ hope it doesn't turn out to be something you want to recreate.

Following your experience with all the grain in one bag I asked geterbrewed to confirm my 3 custom grain kits would be sent in 3 bags haven't heard anything to the contrary, other wise I'll have 120pints of a stout wheat beer hoppy damdh (double malt double hop) on my hands...
