Falcons Summit

Early start getting up with baby at 5 and finished by 11am but forgot to take many pics.

Used a spare grain bag to add the hops in the kettle today, got some nice clear wort. The trub dam does a decent job too.

I've decided to always have a 4% pale on keg, same malt bill, same yeast, same bittering but different flavour and aroma hop combos. Today is Summit and 7 Cs. Both smell amaaaaaazin!

All tucked up in the brew fridge.

Let us know how it goes! I had a great beer with Summit, Columbus and Chinook the other night.

1010. Dry hop coming up.

Looks promising as a potential house pale recipe, lovely light golden hue with enough malt nose to balance the fruity hops. Crisp tasting bitterness from the trial jar, pretty much perfect for what I'm after.
