Currently got this on the go just now (sorry no pics as forgot). Its an American Wheat style however instead of WLP001 I am using 2 packets of Mangrove Jack M44 West Coast. I updated the attenuation to 77%-85% as a result. As this flocculates well it may well drop clear however that is not too much of a concern as I am experimenting with this one.

This was an overnight mash hence the long mash steps however it meant I could dough in last night and come back to it this morning. Currently at the steeping stage post boil.
