So it's a long time since I did one of these posts and I have lost count of the number of brews I have done but I am doing this to help with forum learning around the SS Bewtech kettles and whirlpooling (see here).
Here's the recipe - it's not too late to change the hop schedule if anyone thinks there's something massively wrong with it! Mash is currently on. I will take pictures and video of the whirlpool stages when I get to them.

1.8 g/L Columbus (15.1% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
0.8 g/L Apollo (18.7% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
0.8 g/L Mosaic (11.7% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
0.8 g/L Simcoe (11% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
1.3 g/L Apollo (18.7% Alpha) @ 30 Minutes (Aroma)
1.3 g/L Mosaic (11.7% Alpha) @ 30 Minutes (Aroma)
1.3 g/L Simcoe (11% Alpha) @ 30 Minutes (Aroma)
1.9 g/L Apollo (18.7% Alpha) @ 7 Days (Dry Hop)
