Its been a while since ive brewed at home and posted a brew on here.
Well Thursday i managed to get a few hours spare and decided to get a brew on. There was one of two reasons for this.
1, I needed to brew for the Wishbone Comp, an IPA without using American, Australian or New Zealand hops
2, It was the day before my Grandads funeral, hence the name Farewell Freddy!

Re: AG#95 Farewell Freddy
What are your impressions of the Cardinal?
Can't think of a better send off, by the way. Nice touch.
