Nice.
I recommend next time replacing the wheat malt with flaked wheat, or if you want to be truly authentic you can use unmalted wheat and do a cereal mash first. It'll give you the right wit mouthfeel - wheat malt comes out too thin for me. A touch of oats doesn't go amiss too.

If M21 is the same as WLP400 then expect a huge krausen and a massive mess in your fermenter.

Well I don't know yet. But the sample was certainly less floral and perfumed than Hoegarden. More classic banana and spice.
