Export Stout Porter

Brew is on, first stout in quite a while. I would have brewed a burton but my ESB yeast didn't arrive in time as I ordered it too late. Next time for that :o


OG 1.069

MO 80%
Chocolate 8%
Cara Rye 8%
Pale Chocolate 2.5%
Brown 1.5%

and 360g invert no 3


Warrior 35IBU FW
Atlas 50g /6 IBUs 5 mins from end

US05x2 packets.

Interesting recipe. Where did you get your invert no.3 from?

I just made it - demerara sugar, bit of water, lactic acid and heat until its the right colour
