I need to rebrew that, was a great beer!

Are you sticking to the recipe or tweaking it?

I didn't have any progress hops, so just used all challenger for bittering instead of both.

Pale Malt - 85%
Pale Crystal - 5%
Torr Wheat - 5%
Caramalt - 5%

Bittering - Challenger to 27 IBUs
15 min - Fuggle 40g
Flame out - EK Golding 40g

Yeast is Malt Miller Ale Yeast.

I have some more pics - will post after lunch (starving now! :) ).

Pics below. I used a new (to me) bag of malt and the crush was quite fine, so I wasn't surprised to see the sparge running very slugglishly - something I've not had up to now with my false bottom mash tun. The upside was my efficiency was high, and I had to liquor back to get an OG of 52 (target was 48), so I ended up with just over 6 gallons. :=P

Instead of chucking the dregs from the boiler away, I saved them for use in future starters. Once settled, I'll rack the clear stuff off and freeze it. Thanks to Normski for that tip! :)
