Hi all

So today I had a day off so I thought I'd brew my pumpkin ale.

This is solely my recipe so please criticise where appropriate

(By the way I've been drinking an old English ale that I brewed a few weeks ago so apologies for that)

First I cup my pumpkin n half and cleaned out the slime and seeds

Looking good. The last time i did a pumkin ale i put the pumkin in the boil but this had mixed results. Might have to grab a few haloween pumkins and have another go
