Strawberry beer brew day today, almost my target OG of 1.042, got 1.041 so I'm happy with that. Strawberries are going into secondary.

What type of beer and what amount of strawberries are you adding per litre?

The base is basically just a lager, about 3.75kg going into secondary of just under 19 litres. Recipe is based on a greg hughes recipe.

Haha yeah I want it to taste like strawberry juice, hoping it's gonna be similar to Timmermans
