Hard-core ish IPA

Got the first Brew of the year on today... not the brew I was going to do, due to ingredient issues but still a good one.
Based around hardcore IPA
Bertonised my water
Mashed at 65c single infusion
6.47kg Marris otter extra pale
0.40kg caramunich malt
0.24 crystal malt
51g of centennial 51g mosaic 75min
13g centennial 13g mosaic 65
32g centennial 32g mosaic 32g simcoe flame out
2 pkts of us05
Dry hop with probably 70g simcoe
I didn't have columbus so used mosaic
Ibu roughly 125, hardcore should be 148 Ibu calculated
Fg 1.073 should have been 1.083 but I did end up with about 23 l instead of 19 l
Happy with my brew day even if it didn't quite play out exactly.
