Took a few pics of this in the glass last night (my wife had a bottle). I won't be trying to prime for 1.5 vols CO2 again. It'd be spot on if I was using a beer engine, but bottled it's just a touch too flat. Delicious though. Absolutely no head either. lol
I think, after thinking otherwise, that it's JUST about still golden in colour, as if you shine a light on it it's definitely gold.
You can see from the pics how it becomes more amber with less light, which confused me initially.
The haze is good old chill haze, my wife likes her beer cold.
To update my thoughts on the Endeavour hops, definitely yummy. I reckon they'd go well with Fuggles, maybe in place of EKG?
