Barnsley Bitter..... (My Way) 60L
14.5kg Simpson’s Maris otter
300g Crystal malt
300g Black malt
300g Torrified wheat
400g Flaked corn
400g Invert no.3
60g Pilgrim (60 mins)
90g Marynka (60 mins)
100g EKG (30 mins)
100g EKG (Flame out)
Fermenting 8 gallon with F40 & 5 gallon using Nottingham.
Mashing high @ 69c

I like the steam extraction, better than my fan behind the boiler trying to get it to go out the window
I bet your garden smell excellent whilst your brewing

Smells great, and works great...
Every now and again where the dip is in the pipe I pour away the condensate.
No steam at all in shed even with door closed unless I remove the lid.
Bet neighbours down the road who don’t know I brew think somebody is growing cannabis.. lol
