So it was my birthday a few days ago "21 again" and grains and hops is my present I went to a great pub that sells them local to me (house of hop - Darlington) had a great chat with a couple of the guys from Three Brothers. I'm awaiting my purchase to arrive. I spent yesterday OCDing my brewing equipment and got my strike water ready nothing left to do but wait.
Here lies the issue the self doubt. will my brew turn out well and taste great should i make somthing else, WHERES MY INGRIEDENTS! what have I forgotten to do, WHERE'S MY INGREDIENTS.
Brewing is more stress full than it seems who else feels like this

Relax, stay sober and just follow the steps.

You WILL make beer.

The stress will lessen the more brews you do as your confidence increases.

I hope so in the mean time I'm gonna frustrate myself picking my hops from the garden
