First Brew this year and I hated it.
ball valve seal leaks
Child broke false bottom
Over shot strike water temp by 5degC
Dropped paddle into the boil
Lost hose for IC
Dropped 23l bucket of water on foot
Miscalculated system losses
Spilled a few liters of wort over the floor while my loving wife wanted to chat during transfer
DOWN 1 gallon of sweet wort total from planned brewing session
On the plus side no need for a blow off tube plenty of space just foe the air lock.
