i really need to make a bigger one because i'm brewing every week 50 ltr and all the beer is drunk at each time :(
one problem is that for 100l i need about 18-20 kg of malt, so i'll have to change the mashtun too <_<
another problem is that i will not have enough malt to brew, so next week end as i go to visit your country, i've a date on sunday to pick up some malt at Tuckers maltings on the way back to plymouth B)

yes they pay for it, their is not many good beer here, so i've got the licence to be able to do it legally . at the beginning i was just brewing for me and some friend for fun; but now there is more and more people who is asking me for beer ..so .

i brew also for the association when we organise big parties (like the pink oignon festival, beer festival,we also plan to organise a cider festival with our beer in november, with making cider, music, food etc... )

Well this is the thing about idioms... une cremaillere is a rack or trammel and hence direction a cremaillere is rack and pinion steering, but if on prend une cremillere - literally in English - one takes a trammel then YOU ARE HAVING A HOUSEWARMING PARTY! ;)

Can we all come? :D
