Lazy Brewery Sounds Like? v1.1

Post by subsub » Mon Dec 10, 2007 3:34 am

Having been late up watching the Hatton/Mayweather fight it was a late start today. I decided to brew my basic fave and use what ever I had before a new delivery from the micro.

Mash 90 mins @ 66c
Boil 90 mins

4.5 kg MO
0.50kg Torrified Wheat
0.65kg Crystal 40

50 gm Progress 90 min
20 gm Fuggles 15 min

1 x whirfloc

Safale 04

No open taps for a change and West Ham winning made a great brew day :D

I wish. I actually finished the brew by 7pm although I didn't post the article until late because of interruptions from SWMBO :(
