as i left for work this morning i had my grain delivery from H+G (early I might add :) ) so tonights going to be a brew night I reckon. not sure what to do yet, Ive got a lot of styrians to use so might use them :D

just finished with an OG of 1038 :? beersmith reckoned on 1059 ! Im not sure if its beersmith or me but my conversion rates have dropped of remarkably since i started using it . ah well it should pan out to about 4% which is bearable :D

your beersmith must be out somewhat a brew length of 19l would need 100% to get 59!

20l @38 is 69% in my reconning 23l is 79%

hmm i must be putting a wrong amount in somewhere :? mind you 69% is still worse than i used to achieve and i havent changed my process one jot. some contemplation is called for i think :?
