, saved me a drive after my foolish 'if you get a stuck mash with that I will sort it out' bravado
Note on the OG v malt quantities - I am looking to brew something similar strength but was, using a finger in the air estimate, coming out at well under 4kg for malts. Back to the drawing board I think
