250g Crushed Amber Malt
250g Crushed Wheat Malt
50g Crushed Chocolate Malt
Mash 90 mins at 67c
Boil for 75 mins only
Goldings 70g Full 75mins
Northern Brewer 15g Full 75 mins
Goldings 10g Power off
Irish Moss
Ferment at 17c using brewerys yeast
This is one of my favourite brews and all the ingredients are there as in the real brew but obviously I am guessing at proportions. The only addition is the northern brewer cos its great and I have some handy.
Bigster smurfs brewery is on red alert and I hopefully will be welcomed home at 5pm to a 74c pot of water to kick off the mash - aim to be all done and dusted by 10pm.
Camera charged just in case there are any incidents :rolleyes: otherwise probably wont post any as you are more than familiar with my set up.
