Clive of India Pale Ale - advice needed

Hello All

I found a nice looking recipe at viewtopic.php?t=4062 - look for the post by parkerwitton 3/4 way down the page (do not know how to get the link to jump straight to the relevant post).

My question is when do you remove all the hops? Do you run off from the boiler once cooled, at which point you leave the hops behind, or do you pitch your yeast in the boiler?

Also, if you run it off, should you drain through a filter to remove the bits or will that settle out during fermentation and conditioning?

Finally, if you remove the hops once cooled to pitching temperature, does it matter if it has been left overnight to cool?

Any further advice would be appreciated. I have Bulldog maris otter pale malt.

Also, what yeast would be best? I have gervis dry yeast, and am not keen on spending on liquid yeast....

Cheers
