Hello everyone
Over on the kit brewing forum, someone was talking about Christmas beer kits. Does anyone have any extract recipes they'd like to share for a decent tried and tested Christmas ale. I've been mulling this one over for a long time and wouldn't mind giving it a go - I'm just not sure what would be a good way to go about it but I'd like something hoppy but with some Christmassy spices.
