there is a 1l Kolsch yeast starter in my fridge that I want to do something with. I would like to do an extract brew in the mean time.
I have in mind a pseudo lager fermented with the Kolsch yeast. I may use some of the bits from the AG recipe (as its just sat there) if they are of any use, these include:
Belgian Pilsen Malt, UK Munich Malt, UK Wheat Malt, and German Hallertauer Mittlefruh Hops.
Does anyone have any good extract recipes for lagers or pseudo lagers? Doesnt have to include the stuff mentioned above particularly.
Any help would be greatfully revieved
