14g Indian Corriander seed, crushed (10 min)
Yeast : Brewferm Blanche dry yeast or WYEAST 3944 BELGIAN WITBIER (haven't decided yet)
Boil volume 26lt
Fermenter 23lt
Not sure if I should switch some of the spraymalt out for some wheat LME. Would this be an improvement?
