and yes I live in a very hard water area, and we use salt tablets to soften the water....
doesnt sound like too much of an issue then ;) less hops next time, haha. be careful with high alpha hops, a little can make a big difference. one of the best things I ever bought was accurate digital scales.

better make that 4 bottles left. its still a bit bitter, but much much better than the bavarian lager I've been drinking for the last dozen years :-)
the only problem is what to brew next
