1st extract
in the middle of doing my 1st extract which is a london price, all going well so far but the smell in my house is wonderful, hope the mrs thinks the same when she gets in from work

got up this morning and a nice white head on the fv so all seems go so far, cant wait to try this one

been in the keg for a couple of weeks so had a trial glass and flat as a pancake but very tasty if a little sweet at the moment, bloody seal has leaked so quick change of seal add some gas and all now seems good.

had a couple of pints tonite and its superb best brew ive done so far

I hear this all the time that's why I bottle everything.
I know it takes longer but I never have a duff pint!

Never done extract brewing, I went straight from kits to AG and love it!
