A quick google search suggests that it's possiable but the high sugar content may make it hard to freeze in a standard freezer so maybe a chest freezer. Tho in theory if bought 25kg of the stuff then put it in 2 litre pet bottles in 1 kg batches then you'd have room for expansion etc but in essence you'd just need to keep it cold enough to stop mould growth so it wouldn't really have to freeze solid. I don't have any experiance just what I found on google
