That looks a lovely pint you've got there, good to know it's mellowing out and starting to taste as good as it looks. Hope it encourages further efforts

These short length brews such as 10 or 12 litres have a lot going for them, not least if you make an almighty balls up you haven't wasted too much in the way of ingredients! which gives scope for a bit of experimentation of different beers styles.
