That looks a lovely pint you've got there, good to know it's mellowing out and starting to taste as good as it looks. Hope it encourages further efforts :D

It already has encouraged me, I brewed a 10L Robust Porter on Sunday night, which will eventually get bottled :-)

These short length brews such as 10 or 12 litres have a lot going for them, not least if you make an almighty balls up you haven't wasted too much in the way of ingredients! which gives scope for a bit of experimentation of different beers styles.
