Maybe, maybe not. This high-attenuation fermentation through continuous feeding of the yeast process is exactly how they brew Dogfish Head World Wide Stout, one of the world's most coveted special-release beers. So who knows, you may've stumbled on a masterpiece!

well that's that well and truly ruined :x had a sample today, tastes of yeast, artificial sugar and shite :?

just put an order in for a few bits; next one will hopefully be drinkable for new year :cry:

Oh well, set it in a dark cold corner in any case. It may just improve with lengthy lagering.
