Doing Extract to compare to BIAB

So I'm off work tomorrow so am gonna do my first ever extract brew. I have done 1 BIAB, an exmoor gold clone-ish so would like something pale to compare. I have 3 kg light DME, some crystal, caramel and chocolate grains and some EKG, saaz and hallertau hops. Is there anyone out there who could advise on quantities?
If not just gonna wing it and chuck probably most EKG 100g at start and add a bit of hallertau later on or at flame out into all DME and 150g each of crystal and caramel.
