Am I too eager?

Right, so, in exactly 6 months from now I'll be getting married. We decided that, as favours for the males in the wedding party, I would brew a batch of beer and give them a little bottle each.

I've decided to do a sort of landlord-esk ale - something light, hoppy but not too "far out". I've got a day off tomorrow and itching to brew, but am I being too eager? If I brew this beer tomorrow, will it be ruined by august? I really want to get brewing but don't want to produce a beer for my wedding day that will end up being ruined!

Thoughts?

(Also if anyone has a good Extract brew recipe for landlord, or something similar, feel free to share!)

It's probably a bit early for that kind of beer, as the hoppiness will fade in the bottle. 3 months would be better.

Make a batch now though and then you can decide whether it's right for everyone. And then you have time to improve it.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.
