Bakery Quality DME?

Post by Cozzyb » Sat May 18, 2013 10:16 pm

Hey guys,

Quick questions what is the real difference, is it just purely quality based?
As I have found a source selling for around £3 a kg for DME, but it is light baking DME, delivery is rather pricey, but obviously the bigger bulk, less of an issue.

As long as it's all malt I'd think it would work.
I'm just here for the beer.

Okay the company has said they would allow a courier to collect from them, so going to look into the price and will reply here once I know.
