Best milled or okay to leave whole when steeping?

Milled IMO.
FV 1:Session bitter
FV 2:Empty
Demi 1:Abdij
Demi 2:Empty
Maturing:Session Bitter
Bottle conditioning:Abdij
Drinking:Mcewans&Session bitter
Planning:Session bitter&Abdij

Keep yer pecker hard and yer powder dry.
