Yes has been a interesting journey - even enjoyable at times
Just updated my post - have managed to pressurise the barrel [at last] and have had a taste of the beer tonight and it now tastes great - almost like old peculier, it's now sitting in my cold downstairs toilet so should be ready to drink in a few weeks or so
You get yourself about - Japan!!, always fancied going there, you should be able to still get some real ale out there probably - I think I can remember a beer festival that had a beer from Japan - can't remember the brewery or the beer unfortunately - well it was a beer festival
Fingers crossed with your home brew - if you dropped it off here you wouldn't have any left when you got back
