Additions to Munton's bock Kit

I have a Munton's Connosier Bock kit, and some ingredients left over from previous brews.

Would the kit be improved by:
300g Crystal malt, either steeped or mashed BIAB style?
15g Hallertau hops, either dry hopped, or make a tea and throw it in the FV with the kit?

Any thoughts anyone?
