Is there a standard ratio to use to convert all-grain quantities to DME?

Hi BTM

It depends on your efficiency. If you use 75% brewhouse efficiency then 1kg of pale malt is equivalent to 645g of DME or IKg of DME is equivalent to 1.55Kg of malt.
