Hi, ive got the chance to buy 25 kg DMe for a good price, will it keep, for how long, whats the best way to store it?

Well, I'm no expert with DME, but cool and dry. It will absorb moisture very quickly and go solid on you. Can you break it into separate 3 or 4kg packs, vacuum pack or store in good bags or tins?
