After getting back into homebrewing after a few years and having successfully made 5 gallons of 'Wherry', 4 gallons of 'John Bull' cider from kits, I think it's time to have a go at something different - from extracts.
Can anybody tell me any good recipes for making a dark mild beer?
I'd love to have a go at making beer from the full mashing process but I don't have the room. I think my sister's rabbits have more room in their hutch than I have in my flat
