Boiling less liquid

My setup may require me to boil the extract and hops in a smaller amount that normal, maybe under 10 litres. Then top up with cold water in the FV.
For a standard 1040 brew, how do I work out the hop weight to use for the higher gravity of the reduced boil?

but tbh your best bet is to get yourself some decent brewing software and plug in the numbers.
