1st extract

in the middle of doing my 1st extract which is a london price, all going well so far but the smell in my house is wonderful, hope the mrs thinks the same when she gets in from work :o

got up this morning and a nice white head on the fv so all seems go so far, cant wait to try this one

been in the keg for a couple of weeks so had a trial glass and flat as a pancake but very tasty if a little sweet at the moment, bloody seal has leaked so quick change of seal add some gas and all now seems good.

I hear this all the time that's why I bottle everything.

I know it takes longer but I never have a duff pint!

Nice one, look forward to photo's of your kit and the mandatory grain shot! :lol:

Never done extract brewing, I went straight from kits to AG and love it!
Far superior beer!
