hi all my first extract is looking good [salem porter ] 7 days in fv og 1049 its already down to 1009 how long would you leave before kegging :?: cheers lee :D
soon be dead thank beer for that no pain where im going :-)

Once it's reached FG leave at at least another 3 days before kegging, a week is ideal - gives the yeast time to clean up and finish off.
