What's the AA% of your Apollo, and what year is it from?
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.

And what length of brew do you want?

Here's an AG recipe that has good feedback: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=48408&hilit=+proper+job

Conversion would be to use 82% light extract, 18% wheat extract for the fermentables, and optionally steep some Carahell or British Caramalt too.

The colour will be darker than the original though - experience tells me it'll come out around 20EBC to the original's 11EBC. To get it down to that colour use extra light extract, and only add 20% of it at the beginning of the boil, with the remaining amount and the wheat 10-15 minutes from the end of the boil.
