I found a recipe on the net a while back and brewed it today.
This was my first extract brew.
250g local crystal malt
1.3kg LDME
30g Northern Brewer Hops ( 20g @ 60min 10g @ 10min.)
Safale yeast
Started with 9.5l and ended with +-9l or less.
Like an idiot I forgot about the OG
I need to make a couple adjustments to the boiler but otherwise had a good day.

Sounds delish, nice work. Keep us posted on how it turns out!

Re: Snowbeasts Ale
I bottled it last night. Tastes awesome, very similar to another craft beer. Hope it stays that way. Has a very distinct taste to it. I'm trying to place it. Like a strong herb (not herb as in our national export durban poison).

Re: Snowbeasts Ale
First taste tonight. A very nice beer. Maybe a bit more grain next time. Really happy with the quality of beer I'm producing.
